All orders are processed within 2 to 6 business days – Depending on the product (excluding
weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

International Shipping
: At this time, we do not ship internationally, just Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland.

We deliver to site, to your office or your home address – whichever is more convenient
for you to be able to sign for the delivery.

PLANNING AHEAD
Please do not schedule or start any installation work until after you have received your
order and checked all goods for any defects or missing parts. This will enable you to
resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings, if needed.

RETURNS
Hopefully you won’t need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make
this as simple as possible. By following the guidance below, you can help us to help you
when a product is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

Certain items are excluded from being returned. These include goods that are made to
measure or cut to your requirements. This is always stated on your quotation or
proforma invoice, please check it with the sales team before ordering.
Please remember to include your invoice and ensure that all items are securely
packaged before return.
Post office return is not available for items over 1m in length and 2kg in weight.
By law we have to provide you with this Returns form. However, you do not have to use
it and you may find one of the above methods of cancellation / return more convenient
for you.
RETURNS POLICY
It should be noted that goods are returned at their own expense. Restocking charge will be
applicable for returned goods.
Refunds
The Flooring Supply Centre Limited T/A Facility Flooring operates one refund and return
policy. It is specified by law under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83 (“CRD”) which
you have a right to cancel and return products anytime within 14 calendar days after the
day on which you received the products. If you order goods you can cancel your order
within 14 calendar days from the date on which The Flooring Supply Centre Limited T/A
Facility Flooring begin to supply the goods to you. All good being returned must be in
a re-saleable condition. These items can only be refunded in accordance with your legal
rights.
If you cancel your item under EU the CRD (i.e. anytime within 14 calendar days after the
day on which you received the products, or within 14 calendar days from the date on
which the supply of goods begins), you will receive a refund within 14 calendar days of
us receiving your items to the specified returns address (Galtee View, Ballyneale,
Donohill, Co Tipperary). If you only return part of your order, we will not refund any applicable
delivery charge paid.
PAYMENT
On receipt of order goods will be paid for same day.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a
tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information
to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email,
please contact us at webshop@facilityflooring.ie with your name and order number, and we will
look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
